A file that won’t convert
These four things usually let us find the problem without seeing your data:
- The page you were on and the message the converter showed, word for word.
- Your browser and device, for example “Chrome on Windows 11” or “Safari on a MacBook”.
- The file’s size, and the program that exported it (Shopify, SAP, QuickBooks…).
- If you can, a few lines from the file with the real values replaced, so we can see its structure.
Please don’t send the file itself unless we ask. It never reached us when you converted it, and business exports usually hold customer details.
